**Key Responsibilities**

+ When assigned as PIC, administratively and operationally has direct responsibility for all crew members and ensures that all crewmembers have a clear understanding of what duties they are expected to perform.
+ Ensures that flight operations are conducted in accordance with the Lowe's Aviation Operations Manual, CFRs, regulations of foreign countries and Lowe's company policies.
+ Delegates duties necessary for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft to the Second-in-Command.
+ Acts as Pilot in Command (PIC) and has the final authority in the operation of the aircraft.
+ Ultimately responsible for the safe and efficient conduct of flights to which they are assigned.
+ Participates in the Safety Management System
+ Ensures that the aircraft is airworthy and registered, and all required documentation is onboard the aircraft.
