Job Description

Gibson Arnold & Associates is seeking an attorney with 5+ years of experience to join a major US law firm as a Capital Market and Securities Corporate Attorney. The ideal candidate will possess experience with:


  • Securities and capital markets

  • Governance and general corporate work

  • M&A experience is also helpful

  • While we are specifically looking to build additional depth in our securities practice, we expect associates to work in teams on matters across the corporate practice generally.

    • Salary range is $205,000 – $305,000 depending on experience.
