Reporting to the I&T CoE Product Management Team Lead, the Capital Functional Analyst is responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing Siemens Capital to meet BRP’s electrical engineering needs.

This role focuses on the functional aspects of the platform, acting as a key point of contact for users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. The analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, key users, and system administrators to improve processes, support users, and ensure solution stability.

The position requires strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, along with a good understanding of electrical design processes and PLM/ALM ecosystems.
