The NYC Department of Design and Construction, Division of Finance and Procurement, seeks a Capital Budget Analyst. The selected candidate will provide support in managing the agency’s capital budget to develop budget submissions to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and respond to OMB questions regarding financial plan submissions.
