Arthur is delighted to be supporting a global (re)insurer who are seeking a qualified actuary with strong capital modelling expertise to play a key role within a high-performing actuarial team.

This is a hands-on position, reporting into the Head of offering the chance to shape model development, influence methodology, and provide insights that directly support strategic decision‑making across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, maintenance and enhancement of the internal capital model, ensuring it remains robust, efficient and compliant.
• Lead or support key processes including parameterisation, validation, reporting and regulatory submissions (Lloyd’s, PRA, BMA and rating agencies).
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across reserving, pricing, risk and finance to ensure alignment in assumptions and methodology.
