Role : Regional Capacity Lead

Exp Range : 8-10 Yrs

Location : Delhi & Mumbai

Must Have Key Skills:

· Good communication skills (written/verbal) ·

Proficiency in Regional/Local Language written/verbal ·

Experienced in interacting with distributors/retail agencies ·

Experience in conducting infra/building audits across channel partners. ·

Role required to work for extended working hours as situation demand ·

Role Required for Extensive Travel within Zone/Region/Hub ·

Must be ready to work six days a week or as per define rostering for the team ·

Experience in screening Compliance documents (commercial building) in detail ·

High Ethical and moral values ·

Experience in conducting mass Infra/building audit across channels. ·

Experience in strong coordination and follow up across departments ·

Must have managed a team. ·
