Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Canteen Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time role, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a team environment and wants to start their day in a positive and energetic setting.

Contract Type: Part-Time
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 1pm (25–35 hours per week)

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with food preparation

* Serve customers promptly and courteously

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the canteen

* Support the kitchen team with general tasks as required

Requirements:

* Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused

* Reliable and punctual

* Able to work well as part of a team

* Basic knowledge of food hygiene practices

* Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate would be highly desirable
