Position Summary

The Position is responsible for supervising daily distribution center (DC) operations including scheduling, hiring and training of DC Associates. It oversees day‑to‑day DC functions in receiving, order filling or shipping, prioritizing daily workflow to ensure customer requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule DC personnel to ensure proper staffing for receiving, order filling and shipping.
• Conduct daily start‑up meetings, organize assignments, and assign duties to associates.
• Train associates in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and verify the accuracy of records and documentation.
• Ensure products are received, orders are filled and shipped to stores in a timely manner to maximize customer service.
• Maintain time and attendance, productivity and quality records daily; prepare and generate daily productivity reports (TPR) and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
