Position Summary

The People Lead supports the Store Manager and leadership team by leading human resources functions that promote compliance, engagement, and operational excellence. This role ensures fair and consistent employment practices, develops talent, and fosters a culture aligned with Walmart’s values through effective communication, training, and digital innovation.

What You’ll Do

1. Assist leadership with associate recruitment, hiring, staffing, development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance, and performance needs by identifying and analyzing HR-related issues and providing guidance on execution of company HR programs and initiatives.
