Position Summary

Assists in the leadership of the Food and Consumable areas and department processes, respond to problems and inquiries and develop associates through teaching and training. Ensure a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion. Plans and executes department activities based on workload and operational functions and assists on the salesfloor as required.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
