Design and model complex business processes using BPMN and DMN

Work with process data formats like XML, JSON, and handle expression languages (JUEL, XPath)

Develop and orchestrate services, manage human tasks, and configure task types and transactions

Implement authentication and authorization for services and workflows

Manage user roles, process versioning, performance tuning, monitoring, and error handling

Build reusable and scalable process components (sub-processes, message events, long-running flows)

Design and develop applications using Java , Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and databases (Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, NoSQL)

Work with DevOps tools like Jira, Confluence, Git, Maven, TeamCity/Jenkins...
