Office Administrator (Permanent)
OneSchool Global NZ is seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Administrator to lead and manage the administration and front office functions at our Wellington Campus. This position is a permanent role based on 40 hours per week, worked across 45 weeks of the year.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for students, staff, parents, and visitors, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth dayβtoβday running of the campus alongside the Campus Principal. This position requires someone who is approachable, highly organised, adaptable, and confident managing a variety of administrative responsibilities in a dynamic educational setting.
