Overview:
Assist the delivery of complex Campaign/Marketing solutions to enable the business to define, deploy, measure and optimize campaign and marketing activities across the organization. Works with multidisciplinary teams within the organization to understand, analyze, & refine the campaign/marketing application to fulfill the business needs. Develop subject matter expertise over time to assist in troubleshooting, meeting schedules, and resolving problems in relation to the campaign/marketing applications.
Responsibilities:
To undertake technical work in various projects involving various campaign /marketing applications such as SAS CI360, SAS 9.4, Salesforce CRM, etc...
Ensure delivery against agreed upon SLAs and overall service delivery of campaign/marketing applications.
Understand short and long term goal and objectives...
