MATRIX is seeking a hands‑on Camp Manager to oversee a 30‑person construction and exploration camp in the High Arctic. In these environments, maintaining camp infrastructure is a critical life‑safety responsibility.

You have firsthand experience operating north of the Arctic Circle, where delayed resupply flights, severe weather, wildlife encounters, and infrastructure failures are part of the job. You understand that loss of heat, power, water, communications, or fuel can quickly become a serious operational risk.
