Job Title: Dance Specialist-Camp

Position Summary:
Responsible for creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for campers enrolled in specialty dance camp, while supporting daily dance instruction and activities. 

Essential Functions:
 Design camper programs around specific camp specialties such as dance, acro, and cheer.
 Plan and schedule activities based on the abilities, and interests of campers.
 Choreograph weekly routines for camper performances at the end of the week
 Demonstrate appropriate use of equipment, proper techniques in activity participation, and articulate expected learning and achievement for satisfactory completion of activities.
 Monitor participation to ensure safety rules and requirements are followed.
 Maintain awareness of potential health and safety issues, identify hazards, and take appropriate action to resolve.
