Job Title Telecaller – Post Retention Team (Canada Process) Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller for the Canada Post Retention Team. The role involves engaging with existing students/customers, handling follow-ups, resolving concerns, maintaining relationships, and ensuring high retention and service satisfaction.
