Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with existing Canada process students/customers
Handle queries, concerns, and retention-related communication
Maintain regular engagement to improve retention and satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and service updates
Maintain accurate call records and CRM updates

Requirements
1–3 years of telecalling/customer support experience
Good communication and convincing skills
Ability to handle customer concerns professionally
