Position: Call Centre Head
Location: Cochin
Qualification: Graduation
Experience: 8 to 15 Years of Experience in Call Centre / Customer Support Operations, Minimum 3 to 5 Years in a Leadership Role.
Salary: upto 9 LPA
Job Summary:
To lead and manage customer support operations in the automobile industry.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage overall call centre operations across inbound and outbound processes.
2. Manage Team Leaders, Telecallers, Customer Support Executives, and CRM teams.
3. Monitor daily call centre performance and service levels.
4. Develop SOPs and customer communication standards.
