Call Center Representative

Compensation: Based on Experience.

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site).

We are looking for energetic, friendly, experienced, and bilingual Call Center Representatives to join our company. We are primarily seeking someone for full‑time work from Monday to Friday from 9 AM – 6 PM EST. We are also looking for someone part‑time for a night shift Monday to Friday from 6 PM – 9 PM EST and then 8 hours on Saturday.

Position Summary

The Call Center Representative will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls. Their primary goal will be to use our internal CRM to schedule meetings with the sales department. They will also follow up with active leads to get them scheduled. They will collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient customer service, scheduling, and problem resolution, guaranteeing customer satisfaction while meeting the established appointment goals.
