Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support through voice interactions with international clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure positive customer experiences in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
