Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers effectively.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Document interactions and customer feedback for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Fresh Graduates are welcome β No experience required!
- High school graduates must have 6 months to 1 year BPO experience
- With average to good communication skills
- Must be willing to start ASAP
