Job Description
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Global Markets businesses, including FICC and Equities trading activities.
- Knowledge of trading practices and risk management, and supervisory control expectations.
- Valuation and product knowledge across GM products (e.g., rates, FX, credit, commodities, equity derivatives)
- Familiarity with conduct and regulatory expectations, particularly around Market Conduct, Market Abuse, and trade surveillance frameworks.
- Experience engaging with control functions (e.g., Compliance, Risk, Audit) and understanding control remediation, supervisory controls, and monitoring requirements.
- Ability to analyse issues and processes, identify control gaps, and articulate proposed enhancements clearly and effectively.
