Structured Cabling Technician (Contract)
Location: Jeffersonville, IN
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6-month contract (strong potential for extension)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (rotating 40–55 hour weeks)
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Structured Cabling Technicians to support ongoing cabling and networking projects. This role is ideal for hands-on technicians (not installers) with a mix of copper and fiber experience who can work in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating hours.
Key Responsibilities

+ Install, terminate, and troubleshoot structured cabling systems

+ Work with a mix of fiber and copper (Cat5/Cat6) cabling

+ Perform cable termination with high accuracy and quality

+ Conduct fiber work, including splicing (automatic splicing experience preferred)

+ Ensure adherence to safety standards on all job sites

+ Collaborate with team members and maintain strong communication with supervisors
