The Role:

The key responsibilities of this Cable Assembler include, but are not limited to:

• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints and job instructions to accurately assemble product.


• Perform in-process checks to ensure products meet internal and customer quality standards.


• Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and safety procedures.


• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

The Person:

The key skills and qualities of a Cable Assembler:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in wire harness/cable assembly in a manufacturing environment (strip and crimp, soldering, printing labels, ty strapping/cable lacing, connectorizing, wire harness testing, RTV, etc.).


• Able to read and understand job layouts, blueprints, schematics, and work from written and verbal job instructions on operations.
