Job Description
Join CAA Insurance as a Customer Support Associate to enhance client satisfaction through effective communication and support for policyholder inquiries.
In this role, you will support the Insurance Sales and Service team by responding to inbound calls and assisting with technical inquiries related to CAA Connect and CAA MyPace. You will help collect data for reporting while contributing to various departmental initiatives.
