Role Overview
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide strategic and operational financial leadership to an SGX-listed construction and engineering group with multi-project, multi-entity operations. Reporting directly to the MD and working closely with the Board and Audit Committee, the CFO will be responsible for financial strategy, capital management, governance, risk management, and ensuring full compliance with SGX, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
This is a critical leadership role partnering the CEO in driving sustainable growth, capital efficiency, margin discipline, and long-term shareholder value, while strengthening financial controls and transparency across large-scale construction projects. Strategic & Corporate Finance Leadership
