The Opportunity

Reporting to the Middle East Brand Director Niche & Wellness, the Retail Manager – Byredo is responsible for the overall management of the retail business with full accountability for driving both commercial performance and brand value through retail and wholesale doors across the UAE. In addition this role is also responsible for supporting our market partners in the region. Key to the role is to ensure delivery of sales, profitability, KPI goals and business objectives. The retail manager is a brand ambassador and leader of their teams and should uphold and champion our values. The Retail Manager is accountable for leading their teams in delivering exceptional and consistent customer experience in line with the brand service and proposition, while actively contributing to business strategy, identifying growth opportunities and influencing key drivers such as flagship performance, clientelling and retail experience evolution.
