The Opportunity

This role supports the purchasing function by ensuring goods and services meet quality standards, pricing expectations, and delivery timelines. The position plays a critical role in maintaining supply continuity for manufacturing operations through coordination with suppliers and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

• Utilize MRP systems to review customer demand and manufacturing requirements, issuing purchase orders accordingly
• Ensure timely delivery of materials by coordinating with suppliers and internal teams including manufacturing, quality, engineering, logistics, and warehouse
• Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations and delivery timelines
• Maintain accurate purchase order data including delivery dates, pricing, quantities, and terms
• Monitor past due orders and proactively resolve delays with vendors
• Provide backup support for purchasing team members as needed
