Introduction:

Responsibilities:

  • Execute purchasing and procurement activities in accordance with production requirements and business demands
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing, quality, and delivery performance
  • Issue and monitor Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring timely delivery of materials and services
  • Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and other related departments to support smooth operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and adjust purchasing schedules to optimize stock availability and minimize shortages or excess inventory
  • Review purchasing documents, including quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and related records for accuracy and compliance
