NEW opportunity has arisen for a refined & service-driven Butler to join a luxury hospitality group in Cape Town. This role is suited to a polished hospitality professional who thrives on delivering discreet, personalised, & anticipatory service to high-profile & VIP guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver bespoke butler service to VIP and suite guests, ensuring seamless stays
  • Anticipate guest needs and personalise every aspect of the experience
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and F&B teams to ensure flawless service delivery
  • Manage guest requests with efficiency, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Oversee in-room dining setups, unpacking/packing services, and special arrangements
