This is a hands on role suited to someone who takes pride in traditional butchery, product quality and customer service. Working within a busy retail environment, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meat products while providing customers with expert advice and an outstanding shopping experience.
The successful candidate will have experience in full carcass butchery, counter service and retail presentation, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
