This role sits in Kiwibank’s Core Programme Party & Mandates workstream, at the centre of how we manage customer relationships, permissions, and access across Kiwibank. You’ll work closely with the Senior Business Transformation Lead to shape and deliver change that improves how we manage mandates, permissions, and customer data. The work is complex, but the goal is simple – make things clearer, safer, and easier for both our customers and our people.
