We are looking for an outstanding Business Teacher to join our team at GEMS Wellington Academy, Silicon Oasis from August 2026.

• Hold a BEd or Bachelors degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent.
• Have proven experience teaching Business to KS4/KS5 or equivalent.
• Be willing to collaborate and share outstanding practice.
• Have a growth mindset, being reflective and solution focused.
• Be creative and enthusiastic in their approach to teaching.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with colleagues, students and parents.
• Have a proven track record of providing outstanding learning & teaching.

• Be willing to make a positive contribution to the school community and culture through active engagement in extra‑curricular programmes and community‑based events.
