Variety – The Children’s Charity is seeking a technically capable Business Systems Specialist to support the development, integration and improvement of our core business systems.

This role requires hands‑on experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, APIs, automation workflows, reporting and data quality controls. The role will also support dashboards, documentation, user support, web‑based systems and ongoing business process improvement. Experience supporting CRM and integrated business systems in a complex relationship‑based environment involving donor, sponsor, caregiver, child, programme, fundraising and finance data would be highly regarded.

Working with teams across fundraising, programmes, finance and operations, you will help strengthen data quality, automate workflows, improve processes and deliver practical, sustainable technology solutions that support Variety’s mission.
