Day to Day:
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Business Systems Analyst – Salesforce Sales & Revenue Cloud to support the final phase of a multi‑year enterprise Salesforce transformation. This role will partner closely with a Senior Product Manager, Engineering, Salesforce Administrators, and business stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and client management teams. Day to day, this individual will document and refine current‑state and future‑state workflows, translate operational needs into detailed functional requirements and user stories, and support configuration and enhancement efforts within Salesforce Sales and Revenue Cloud. The analyst will assist with integration documentation and data flow mapping, coordinate UAT and testing activities, and help ensure data integrity and platform governance.
