The Role

We are hiring a Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This is a role purpose-built for a strong Systems or Operations graduate, someone trained to look at the big picture while also knowing how to roll up their sleeves, solve concrete problems, and pick up new skills quickly.

You will sit at the intersection of operations, data, and technology. One day you might be mapping the journey of a new customer from inquiry to move-in; the next, pulling data to find out which facilities have the fastest-growing demand; the day after that, working with our vendors to tighten a security or payment workflow on our public-facing systems. The common thread: translating what the business needs into something the team and our tools can actually execute on.

What You Will Do

• Understand the business end to end. Spend time at our facilities, with our operations team, and with customers. Build a real, grounded view of how Loc&Stor 24/7 runs.
