We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst III to support cross-functional initiatives by evaluating business processes and identifying technology-driven improvements.
Responsibilities:
β’ Partner with business stakeholders to collect, clarify, and document functional needs for system-related initiatives.
β’ Translate business objectives into detailed requirements and communicate them effectively to development and technical teams.
β’ Meet with internal clients to understand processing needs, business challenges, and desired system outcomes.
β’ Evaluate current workflows and operational practices to identify opportunities for automation and improved efficiency.
β’ Conduct analysis such as cost-benefit and return-on-investment assessments to support system implementation decisions.
β’ Observe end-user activities, gather feedback, and analyze how information is created, used, and shared across processes.
