Create end-to-end business test scenarios, detailed test cases, and a traceability matrix to ensure full coverage of functional and process requirements. 4. Perform test data preparation validation, including data tracing mapping across upstream-downstream systems, and reconcile results to ensure accuracy and completeness. 5.
