To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience: **Essential criteria** 1. Excellent IT skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel 2. Excellent oral and written communication 3. Experience of a customer service focused, administrative role 4. Experience of managing and prioritising a heavy workload with conflicting priorities 5. Experience of working with staff at all levels, within and outside of the organisation 6. Experience of problem solving to provide creative solutions to deliver excellent service 7. A high level of tact and discretion and able to keep information confidential 8. Willing to work four days a week on Campus during **Desirable criteria** 1.
