Blackpool Learning Rooms are looking for a suitably experienced Management Information System/Business Manager to cover Maternity Leave.

Role specific duties and accountabilities:

Ensuring all data collections processes are efficient and effective from front-line to MIS systems
Ensuring that data is returned to the funding body accurately and on time
Ensuring  data returns from partners are collated and submitted on time
Monitoring data processes and procedures
Liaising with TERMS (MIS system) and Central MIS to ensure that TERMs updates are made on time or other adjustments made as appropriate
Providing data reports to managers to support funding and management decisions
Developing further the dashboard system
Managing the admin team to ensure that there is effective support to managers
