Talent's partnering with the Business Leaders' Health and Safety Forum to recruit a Business Support Coordinator for their small central Wellington team.
This is a practical, detail-focused role for someone who enjoys accurate systems work, well-run processes and being a trusted support person across a busy organisation.
Youβll work right across the organisation - updating membership records, CRM updates, Xero input, Inbox management, event administration, travel bookings, and general office support and coordination. The work is varied, but the common thread is accuracy. The Forum needs someone who can keep information clean, current and reliable across the systems the team depends on.
