Job Description
Business Support Coordinator – Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland
This role exists to keep our office and project teams running smoothly, providing responsive, high-quality administrative support that enables great client outcomes. It is a 12‑month parental leave cover, full‑time but flexible to around 32+ hours per week.
Responsibilities
You’ll be the go‑to person for coordination and day‑to‑day support, building trusted relationships across the business and sharing knowledge to help the wider team thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
About you
- Preferably minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in a related environment or industry.
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or training advantageous.
- Current, clean New Zealand Driver License.
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly.
