Key Responsibilities

• Administration – Provide day-to-day administrative support across departments, coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-up actions, prepare documents, reports and internal communications, and maintain organized records.
• Supplier & Operations Support – Handle incoming enquiries, route or resolve requests, manage ticketing system entries, request and follow up on supplier quotes, communicate with suppliers and clients, and assist with proposals and quotations.
• Internal Systems – Maintain CRM accuracy, update customer records, assist with user access requests and system administration, and ensure internal workflows and records remain up to date.
