Responsibilities

• Import – Agents Buy Permit
  • Load buy permit into WFS
  • Create shipment in the system from start to end
  • Fill invoice preparation for billing
  • Fill in shipment details in WFS
  • Retrieve invoices and send to forwarder/consignee
• Import – Shipment Creation
  • Retrieve shipment from SWORD in the system
  • Enter billing charges
  • Enter details into WFS
  • Trigger printing of documents
  • Inform counterpart once done
• Import – Transshipment
  • Retrieve shipment from SWORD in the system or shipment creation
