Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely booking of Export & Import Parcel shipments to UPS Website and registering them in the Tango system.
• Ensure maintenance of Air Events in Tango for shipment track and trace and for efficient and smooth handling of shipments.
• Handle claims process if required for lost shipments.
• Process all Export and Import Parcel shipment requests received from clients, booking them on UPS Website and registering the shipments in Tango.
• Register all bookings made on UPS (Vendor booking & On-Account booking) in Tango based on the daily Unregistered Report and weekly Recon Report.
• Ensure OPS026 – Track & Trace Events are updated accurately and investigate when necessary to ensure efficient handling of shipments.
• Check the Data Compliance report and update missing information accurately.
