Position Objectives

• Principal support to the SEA Cluster Head on business operation matters and deliverables between JLL and Line of Business (LOB). Provide guidance to the Property Management team and enforce initiatives that improve operational efficiency and the workplace experience.
• Observe the up‑to‑date HLP headcount plan and analyze trends for strategic planning.
• Observe and analyze space utilisation to inform strategic decisions.
• Maintain accurate occupancy records.
• Manage and validate system approvals on GL, Concur, Ariba, rent payments, Tririga, EMS, PASSPORT, contingent workers, TPO, and the RCSA process.
• Keep the Crisis Management Plan, inventory, training, and latest policies up‑to‑date.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide professional, trusted advice to LOBs on country matters.
