The position of Business Support Coordinator-After Hours Representative is within Escreen, located in the Philippines. The role is responsible in shaping Abbott’s image with its customers, vendors, and business partners. A Client Services Representative handles inbound customer service and supply orders during calls, as well as responds to customer emails.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Expect inbound calls from donors requesting post-accident/reasonable suspicion and identify available mobile collectors/clinics that can perform various tests.
+ Demonstrated outstanding service orientation with clear verbal and written communications to customers beyond usual working hours.
