You will act as a strategic partner and operational leader, and enable the GM to focus on external growth and internal leadership by spearheading strategic planning, conducting deep-dive analysis to solve business challenges, and driving cross-functional projects to deliver tangible results. - Strategic Planning: Lead the annual/quarterly planning process and OKR setting.
