Job Description
Organizations collect mountains of data about their customers — and still struggle to act on it. They run surveys, build dashboards, and generate reports, but often lack the structured thinking to turn those outputs into decisions that actually change the business. This role exists to close that gap.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing drivers of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and operational performance across enterprise clients.
- Structuring insights from large datasets and Voice of Customer programs into strategic recommendations.
- Developing analytical frameworks that connect behavioral and operational data to business outcomes.
- Building executive presentations and data-driven narratives for C-level and senior stakeholders.
- Contributing to consulting proposals and new service offerings — translating insights into commercial value propositions.
