Job Overview
The Business Services Administrator & Executive Assistant role at AIG supports corporate real estate, facilities management, corporate services, security, continuity, onboarding, procurement, and executive support for the New Zealand CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Real Estate Services – property and facility management, workplace health and safety, project and move management, space planning, and critical infrastructure maintenance.
- Financial – support annual budget setting and identify cost-saving opportunities for corporate real estate and business services.
- Corporate Services – manage A/V equipment, document and record management, fleet, mail distribution, reception, and mobile telephony.
